Therefore, we offer a clear refund and cancellation policy. This policy is valid for 30 days from your first booking date. However, if 30 days pass after you confirm your trip, we cannot give a full refund. This is because we pay our local hotels and drivers in advance to save your spot. Consequently, we ask all guests to check their travel dates early. 2. How to Get a Travel Refund We make the refund process easy for our guests. To qualify for a refund, you must follow these steps: First, write a message to our support team to ask for a cancellation. Next, make sure your request fits the cancellation windows listed below. Additionally, please show us your booking paper or your digital receipt. 3. Services We Cannot Refund In the Egypt travel world, some costs are final. As a result, we cannot refund certain items once you book them. For example, these items include: Official Fees: We cannot refund government entry visas or site tickets for the Pyramids. Flight Tickets: Domestic flights follow the rules of the airline, not our agency. Gift Cards: We do not trade travel credits for cash. Last-Minute Trips: Any travel service booked within 7 days of the start date is final. 4. Cancellation Windows & Fees We calculate your refund based on when you tell us you need to cancel. Specifically, we count the days before your arrival in Egypt.
