Therefore, please review our terms regarding bookings and cancellations to ensure a worry-free experience. 1. Booking & Confirmation To secure your reservation, you must pay a deposit after we finalize your itinerary. Securing Your Spot: Your booking becomes official only after we receive the deposit. Early Booking: We highly recommend booking early. This ensures you get the best availability for premium hotels, Nile cruises, and flights. Total Balance: We count your deposit toward the total tour price and deduct it from your final balance. 2. Deposit Requirements by Tour Type The following deposit amounts start the reservation process: Tour Category Required Deposit Overland Day Tours (No hotels/flights) 25% Shore Excursions (From cruise ports) 25% Tours with Domestic Flights 25% Luxury or High-End Tours 50% Full Travel Packages (Hotels + Cruises + Tours) 50% Note: You can pay the remaining balance either before you arrive or once you reach Egypt. 3. Payment Methods We offer several secure ways for you to pay: Credit or Debit Card: Please note that a 3% bank fee applies to these payments. Secure Online Link: We can send a direct link for easy payment. Bank Transfer: You may send funds directly to our account. Cash: We accept cash for balance payments upon your arrival. 4. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel, please send us a written notice via email. We calculate a fee based on the day we receive your message. Standard Season 61+ days before arrival: 15% fee 60–30 days before arrival: 25% fee 29–15 days before arrival: 50% fee 14–7 days before arrival: 75% fee 6–1 days before arrival: 100% fee Peak Season (Christmas, New Year [Dec 20 – Jan 31], and Easter) 61+ days before arrival: 25% fee 60–31 days before arrival: 50% fee 30–15 days before arrival: 75% fee 14–1 days before arrival: 100% fee Furthermore, please note that domestic airlines may charge an extra fee for cancelled flight tickets. 5. Refunds & Postponements Refund Method: We send refunds back through the same payment method you used originally. No-Shows: We cannot offer refunds for “no-shows” or any services you do not use during the tour. Postponement: You can move your tour to a later date if slots are available. However, if you cancel a tour that you previously postponed, the standard cancellation fee will still apply. 6. Price Stability Once you pay your deposit, we guarantee your tour price. Therefore, we will not add any extra charges unless you request changes to your trip.
