Refund & Returns Policy – MSM Travel Egypt

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. However, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot give a full refund or exchange.

Who Can Return Items

You can return an item if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition. Also, include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items You Cannot Return

Some items cannot be returned. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines. Also, we do not accept intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

We give partial refunds in these cases:

  • Books with signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not caused by us
  • Items returned after 30 days

Refund Process

We will email you when we receive and inspect your returned item. Also, we will tell you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, we will process your refund and send it to your original payment method within a few days. Therefore, your money should appear soon after processing.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account first.
  • Next, contact your credit card company. Refunds may take time to post.
  • If needed, contact your bank.

Sale Items

We only refund regular-priced items. Therefore, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For example, if you need the same item, email [email protected] and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and sent to you, we will give a gift credit after we receive the returned item.
  • However, if the gift was sent to the giver, we will refund the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • Send returned products to: {physical address}.
  • You pay for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Also, for expensive items, we recommend trackable shipping or shipping insurance.
