Terms and Conditions Terms and Conditions – MSM Travel Ltd (MSM Travel Egypt) Welcome to MSM Travel Ltd (MSM Travel Egypt). First, when you book any tour, travel package, Nile cruise, or travel service with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. In general, these Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by MSM Travel Ltd. This includes private tours, group tours, Nile cruises, hotel packages, and tailor-made travel experiences in Egypt. 1. Booking and Payment Policy To begin with, we require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation and confirm availability. After that, you must pay the remaining balance in full before the start date of your tour or travel service. Additionally, we accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, debit card, or other payment methods agreed upon in advance. Once we receive and process your payment, we will send a booking confirmation by email. Therefore, if you do not complete payment within the agreed timeframe, we may cancel the booking. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy For this reason, all cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email to MSM Travel Ltd. 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus administrative and bank fees 15 to 29 days before arrival: 50 percent cancellation fee 0 to 14 days before arrival or no show: 100 percent cancellation fee As a result, once the tour has started, we do not offer refunds for unused services, accommodations, meals, tours, or transportation. 3. Travel Insurance Requirement Before your trip, we strongly recommend that all travelers arrange comprehensive travel insurance. In particular, your insurance policy should cover: Medical expenses and emergency treatment Personal accidents and injury Trip cancellation or interruption Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings and baggage Without such coverage, MSM Travel Ltd will not cover any related costs. 4. Changes and Modifications From time to time, MSM Travel Ltd may need to change itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or prices. Unforeseen circumstances Availability or operational issues Weather conditions or local regulations Safety or security considerations However, if we make any significant changes, we will inform you as early as possible. Whenever possible, we will offer suitable alternatives of equal value. 5. Responsibilities and Liabilities As a tour operator and travel organizer, MSM Travel Ltd is not liable for: Delays, cancellations, losses, injuries, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, cruise operators, or other third-party service providers Events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, political actions, or government regulations Loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip At the same time, travelers are responsible for: Ensuring valid passports, visas, and entry requirements Following Egyptian laws, customs, and local regulations Respecting health, safety, and security instructions from guides or authorities Respecting cultural traditions, heritage sites, and local communities throughout Egypt 6. Acceptance of Terms Finally, by confirming a booking with MSM Travel Ltd, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. In conclusion, these Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the traveler and MSM Travel Ltd.
