Full payment must be received before the start of your tour or service. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon options. You will receive booking confirmation via email once payment is processed. Cancellation & Refund Policy All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation fees apply based on the notice period: 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus administrative fees 15–29 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee 0–14 days before arrival or no-show: 100% cancellation fee No refunds will be issued for unused services once the tour has commenced.
