Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MSM Travel LTD (MSM Travel Egypt)

By booking any tour, travel package, or service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. Booking & Payment
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment must be made before the start of your tour or service.
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon options.
  • Your booking will be confirmed via email upon receipt of payment.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing:
    • 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus administrative fees.
    • 15-29 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
    • 0-14 days before arrival or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds for unused services once the tour has started.
  1. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, baggage loss, and trip cancellation.

  1. Changes & Modifications

MSM Travel LTD reserves the right to modify itineraries, services, or prices due to unforeseen circumstances, availability, or local conditions.
We will always inform you of significant changes in advance.

  1. Responsibilities & Liabilities

While we ensure professional service, MSM Travel LTD is not liable for:

  • Delays, losses, injuries, or damages caused by third parties.
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
  • Personal belongings loss or damage.

Guests are responsible for complying with local laws, visa requirements, health advice, and customs regulations.
