Welcome to MSM Travel Ltd (MSM Travel Egypt)
By booking any tour, travel package, or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Full payment must be received before the start of your tour or service.
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon options.
  • You will receive booking confirmation via email once payment is processed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Cancellation fees apply based on the notice period:
    • 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus administrative fees
    • 15–29 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
    • 0–14 days before arrival or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
  • No refunds will be issued for unused services once the tour has commenced.

Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
    • Personal accidents
    • Medical expenses
    • Baggage loss
    • Trip cancellation

Changes & Modifications

  • MSM Travel Ltd reserves the right to modify itineraries, services, or prices due to:
    • Unforeseen circumstances
    • Availability issues
    • Local conditions
  • Clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

Responsibilities & Liabilities

  • MSM Travel Ltd is not liable for:
    • Delays, losses, injuries, or damages caused by third parties
    • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government actions)
    • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Guests are responsible for:
    • Complying with local laws and visa requirements
    • Following health and safety guidelines
    • Respecting customs and regulations
