Welcome to MSM Travel Ltd (MSM Travel Egypt)
By booking any tour, travel package, or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Full payment must be received before the start of your tour or service.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other agreed-upon options.
You will receive booking confirmation via email once payment is processed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation fees apply based on the notice period:
- 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus administrative fees
- 15–29 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 0–14 days before arrival or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
No refunds will be issued for unused services once the tour has commenced.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Personal accidents
- Medical expenses
- Baggage loss
- Trip cancellation

Changes & Modifications

MSM Travel Ltd reserves the right to modify itineraries, services, or prices due to:
- Unforeseen circumstances
- Availability issues
- Local conditions
Clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

Responsibilities & Liabilities

MSM Travel Ltd is not liable for:
- Delays, losses, injuries, or damages caused by third parties
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government actions)
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
Guests are responsible for:
- Complying with local laws and visa requirements
- Following health and safety guidelines
- Respecting customs and regulations
