These tombs, belonging to pharaohs such as Ramses III, Seti I, and the famous Tutankhamun, are adorned with well-preserved hieroglyphs and murals that depict their journey to the afterlife. While guides are not permitted inside the tombs, your Egyptologist will provide insightful commentary before your exploration.

Temple of Queen Hatshepsut

Standing proudly against the cliffs of Deir El-Bahari, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut is an architectural masterpiece. Dedicated to one of Egypt’s most powerful female rulers, this grand temple features impressive terraces, detailed hieroglyphic reliefs, and statues that narrate her reign and divine birth.

Colossi of Memnon

These two colossal statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III have stood for over 3,400 years, guarding the entrance to what was once the largest temple on the West Bank. Listen to the legends of these towering figures, known in ancient times for their “singing” sounds at dawn.
